The breakfast had a good variety of food including hot breakfast items and pastries. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our requests. The location was convenient for getting around the city and had good parking facilities.

The room was not as expected for our romantic escape, the second bed was a uncomfortable sofa bed instead of a proper bed.

Nice hotel. A bit outside the city center but on the Red (centra) line. About 30 mins will get you to Westminster or piccadilly. A bit further to liverpool st (train to stagnated). Food is nice here. Not much near hotel itself, but there's a huge shopping center really close right beside Shepherd's bush underground stationwhich is 3/4 stops away on red line.

Not much around the hotel and it does feel a good distance from city center, but hotel is well served and is very close to the Hanger Lane underground station.

I had a great stay at Premier Inn London Hanger Lane. The location was convenient, with two subway stations nearby. The hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced, perfect for a family like mine. The breakfast was tasty and offered at a reasonable price. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a lower budget visit to London.

The hotel is well appointed and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is to be commended for the quality of service and the restaurant food was excellent. Above all, our stay was even more enjoyable thanks to the personalities and attitudes of the staff. They were exemplary. Definitely polite and respectful, they also fun people who took pleasure in engaging in conversation. Congratulations to everyone at the hotel, especially Sofia! We will now seek to use this hotel as our routine hotel in London.

The staff made us feel very welcome, they we``er all very friendly and helpful. The next bonus was the location which is just 5mins walk from the Park Royal tube station. This hotel ticked all boxes and more. Thanks!

Very close to the tube station, making it easy to travel around the city. Clean rooms and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Breakfast with a variety of options and constant replenishment of food. Friendly and helpful staff.

American-size hotel room (compared to typical cramped UK/European hotel) with normal spacious (for Americans) sized bathroom. Closeness to the tube! Only a 20-25 minute ride to Westminster/Big Ben. The station entrance is just to your left upon exiting the hotel. It's a 2-4 minute walk to actually get to the platform.

The door that connected rooms was right by the bed, and was very thin. I was woken up on 2 of the nights I stayed there by 2 different parties. The first night a loud man with a Scottish accent was talking and cussing at someone over the phone. The next night 2 girls, apparently friends, stayed next door and woke me up with their loud talking. This isn't the hotels fault though, and I applaud/thank their fast action to silence these people after I called the reception and notified them of the disturbance.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were very reasonable, especially for a hotel located just outside the underground station. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that the basic amenities were well taken care of. The rooms, especially the ones with the beds set up for the children, were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to everyone's tastes and preferences. The quality of the food, particularly the lovely bread, was impressive for the same value.

Convenient for us to get to Wembley Arena

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with convenient access to Waterloo station just a short walk away and the underground station right next door. Guests can easily explore the city thanks to the hotel's central location down a tunnel from the service road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of Wembley Stadium at night. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned the rude behavior of the staff, which can be a major downside to the overall experience.
